I am the go-to Business Strategy Coach that specializes in educating entrepreneurs on starting, scaling or state expanding a profitable Short Term Rental business with confidence! I was made by God to make things and to make things happen! Not only for myself but more importantly for other people. Prior to starting in the business, I was working as a highly successful hairstylist and cosmetology instructor makeup educator. I typically worked every weekend missing special moments with my children, baby showers, friend’s events, family gatherings, brunch, concerts etc.

I was over it and wanted my time back. I wanted to work smarter not harder!

After, the sudden loss of my 13-year-old only son in 2018 to an undiagnosed heart condition, I vowed to cast down doing ANYTHING that does not bring me profound happiness and fulfillment.

Shortly after I was called into the ministry. I made a huge decision to leave my thriving career of 13 years to walk in my purpose to serve God and humanity! However, I needed to find a way to earn money to sustain my life while going through that transition. But how exactly? Short Term Rentals of course!

NAME IS ELIZABETH AWESOME.

Since retiring in 2021 I started my company Savvy Wallace Properties to provide for my family as I transition into creating the life of my dreams.

I’ll never forget my younger sister Michelle sent me an email about an investment opportunity and the rest is history! After a ton of research, playing devil’s advocate and stalling I jumped headfirst into the business! Not only did I jump in but three of my sisters did at the SAME TIME! We learned so much individually and as a whole group. We have experienced it all! The good, bad and the ugly! Due to the strength in numbers, we were able to accomplish in 365 day what takes most three years to obtain!

This unique positioning allowed me to learn 3x faster than my peers currently offering education. Whatever I didn’t face firsthand one of my sisters did, allowing me to easily avoid the same mistakes. Just like you will be able to! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

“What is the budget needed for my first unit”?

ANSWER

That solely depends on the size of your first unit. For a one bedroom you can get started with a one bedroom one bath for $5-6k. Also, one must consider ownership or not. If you already own a property than you don’t have to worry about any move in deposits and can focus on staging and operational setup only. If multiple bedrooms add $400-$500 more per bedroom.

“Do I need to have good credit to get my first unit”?

ANSWER

This depends on the requirements of the landlord or property management you apply to. It is favorable to have good standing credit in any situation, but it is not always necessary to obtain your first unit. Not having any evictions may be arguably more important than credit if your income is considerable. Some companies may request a guarantor, which is someone who only assumes responsibility if the lease holder (you) fails to meet the monthly rent payments. 

“Is there a payment plan available”?

ANSWER

There is a payment plan available ONLY for:  Privilege Package at 3k for $1,500 x2  Private Packages at 5k for $2,500 x2Each payment plan can be broken into two payments. There is no payment plan available for the Premier Package at 1k.

“Are there any prerequisites for enrolling”?

ANSWER

Potential clients must have done their own research on the short-term rental business. It is NOT my role to “convince you” to get into it!  You MUST already have the desire and some knowledge about it. This program is for those who have no doubt that that this is an industry that they want to get into.

“How is the content delivered”

ANSWER

Content will be delivered through various formats, including digital downloadable resources, live or recorded video tutorials and private Zoom meetings.

“How long does the program last”?

ANSWER
